Learning to live well with chronic pain and illness is not easy, but with a little guidance and some coping tools it can be manageable. Here we offer meditation, mindfulness based - life coaching and gentle yoga geared towards individuals with chronic illness and pain, as well as people who are physically limited and/or disabled. We desire to help others learn to self-cope better, ideally improving their overall quality of life.

Meditation For Pain Relief


Meditation has long been known to be beneficial for both the mind and body, especially when it comes to managing pain. Studies have shown that regular meditation practice can increase overall relaxation, reduce stress levels, and boost mood. Additionally, meditation may even help reduce inflammation and potentially aid in the body’s natural healing process.

 

 Patient Support & Gentle Yoga Classes


We offer donation based - free online meditation, yoga and patient support classes. The classes are generally geared towards those suffering from chronic pain, illness and physical limitations or disabilities. We also have a growing patient support group online. If you are looking for a certified Yoga instructor to come and put together a class that is custom designed to your specific needs, then look no further.
